These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Verma Solar — GSTIN 22AIVPV8856E1ZI, Udyam Registration UDYAM-CG-15-0036585, having its registered office at Utsav Town, 4th Floor, House No. 506, Basantpur, Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh 491441 ("Verma Solar", "we", "us"). By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry or availing of our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our services. By registering you represent that all information provided is true, accurate and complete.

2. Account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at vermasolar2026@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Quotations, orders & site survey

All quotations are indicative and valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Final pricing, design and timelines are confirmed only after a physical site survey and structural feasibility assessment. Orders are deemed accepted only on receipt of the booking amount and our written confirmation (including WhatsApp/email).

4. Payments

Payments shall be made as per the milestone schedule in your work order — typically booking advance, pre-dispatch payment, and balance on commissioning. Taxes are charged as applicable under GST. Cheque/UPI/NEFT/RTGS in favour of "Verma Solar" are accepted. All amounts once paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, whether before or after site survey, material procurement, installation or commissioning.Please review the Refund Policy before making any payment.

5. Subsidy under PM Surya Ghar Yojana

Subsidy (Central CFA up to ₹78,000 and Chhattisgarh State top-up up to ₹30,000) is sanctioned and disbursed directly by the Government of India / State Government to your bank account, subject to MNRE and DISCOM policies in force. We assist with documentation and portal filing but do not guarantee the quantum, timing or approval of any subsidy. Verma Solar does not retain any subsidy amount.

6. Customer obligations

• Provide a clear, shadow-free roof, structural fitness and uninterrupted access during installation.
• Furnish accurate KYC, electricity bill, ownership/NOC and bank documents.
• Arrange any civil work, scaffolding or third-party clearances unless explicitly included in the quotation.
• Apply for, and bear the cost of, net-metering deposits and DISCOM charges unless stated otherwise.

7. Warranty

Component warranties (panels, inverter, structure) are passed through from the original manufacturer as per their standard terms. Installation workmanship is warranted by Verma Solar for the period stated in your work order. Warranty excludes damage from force majeure, lightning, rodents, tampering, unauthorised repairs or non-payment of dues.

8. Performance & savings

Generation, savings and payback figures shared in proposals are indicative estimates based on standard irradiation, tariff and consumption assumptions. Actual figures will vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, designs and software — is owned by Verma Solar or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit it without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to (a) misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access; (b) upload viruses or malicious code; (c) impersonate any person; or (d) use the services for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verma Solar's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount actually received by us from you for the specific project. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or loss-of-profit damages.

12. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government action, strikes, supply chain disruption or grid/DISCOM delays.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or services without notice for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or unlawful conduct. Sums already paid remain non-refundable and any work executed up to termination shall be billed.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to arbitration (where applicable), the courts at Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
